Purrweb
During my time at Purrweb as a Technical Project Manager, I got more hands-on experience in the field: client and stakeholder communication, development and design teams management, project documentation preparation. I have successfully managed and accomplished 8 design and development projects in a 6 month span, you can see some snippets below.
I have used Jira, Asana, and Trello as my main management tools for development projects. For my personal work management I have been using Notion most of the time. It was really easy to manage my work goals, daily meetings, notes, feedback, and deadlines. Design projects were accomplished via ClickUp, really useful program for both designers and managers to track feedback and project progress.

Shaoke is a logistics-tech startup revolutionizing the freight industry by offering an AI-powered platform that simplifies cargo bookings, reduces paperwork, and increases transparency across supply chains.
As Project Manager, I led the product team through the development of a scalable web platform that empowers carriers, brokers, and shippers to streamline freight management.
