Scope of work
End-to-end development
The full process of service creation: starting from characterisation of the process to “going-live” stage. Developing strategies and roadmaps for implementing service management best practices, frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT), and tools.
System/process optimization
Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Assessing current service management practices and identifying areas for improvement.
Consulting and workshops
Providing guidance, training and workshops to educate client teams on ITSM principles, processes, and tools. Implementation of new service managemet tools.
